Your order begins processing immediately after you place your order. We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are made for each order individually, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. During the order processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order. However, once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom orders
Please note that we provide free customization service for dresses, but customized products are too special, so we only accept return and exchange orders within 24 hours. No return or exchange orders after 24 hours will be accepted.
In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your order, you can create a order：
24H: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund consisting.
24-72H: Orders cancelled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
Over 72H: Orders cancelled over 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 65% of product purchase price.
SHIPPED: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a 65% refund, excluding shipping costs.
